The Norseman swim team are heading once again to take on "Windermere One-Way". The epic 11 mile swim starts at the beautiful and sheltered Fell Foot Park at the southern end of Windermere and finishes at the northern tip of the lake at Brathay Hall.
We hope our swimmers have packed plenty of Norseman's Boost! The last time the team completed the swim it was the much needed energy boost that allowed them to finish in impressive time.
Also, I'm sure our CBD capsules will help with all the aches and pains that come after such an enduring swim. Norseman's Chill is the perfect way to relax and relieve pain... and that beautiful view might help too!
